摘要
玻璃幕墙隐框开启扇中空玻璃面板失效(密封失效、脱落)频率日益增加,严重威胁人民生命财产安全.已有案例研究成果显示中空玻璃失效原因主要是注胶质量差、胶种类不当及玻璃损伤,以某类似项目为研究案例,通过检测结果、图纸及标准规范等综合分析,补充提出中空玻璃合片工艺及安装不当也会导致中空玻璃失效,并从设计、生产、施工及维保阶段分别提出相关预防建议.
Abstract
The frequency of hollow glass failure(sealing failure,detachment)in the opening fan of glass curtain walls is increasing,posing a threat to life and property safety.Previous case studies have shown that the main reasons for the failure of insulating glass are poor quality of adhesive injection,improper types of adhesive,and glass damage.This article takes a similar project as a research case,and through comprehensive analysis of test results,drawings,and standards,supplements and proposes that improper lamination process and installation of insulating glass can also lead to the failure of insulating glass.Relevant suggestions are proposed from the design,production,construction,and maintenance stages.
