摘要

退火技术是光伏玻璃生产中的关键环节,通过精确控制温度和时间,消除玻璃内部的应力,生产出优质的原片玻璃.通过论述退火过程中出现的各种问题,给出相应的解决方案,强调了精确控制退火工艺对于预防和减少玻璃缺陷的重要性,为实际生产提供参考,提高玻璃退火质量.

Abstract

Annealing technology is a key link in the production of photovoltaic glass,by precisely controlling the temperature and time,eliminate the stress inside the glass,and produce high-quality raw glass.Various problems in the annealing process are discussed,and the corresponding solutions are given.The importance of precise control of annealing process for preventing and reducing glass defects is emphasized,which provides reference for practical production and improves the quality of glass annealing.
