摘要

光伏镀膜玻璃作为光伏组件重要的正面封装材料,其耐候性是组件长期使用过程中影响发电效率及使用寿命的关键因素.对光伏镀膜玻璃相关标准中的耐候性评价方法、检测项目及指标要求进行了总结和梳理,可为不同类型光伏镀膜玻璃质量评价及验证提供依据,也可为不同应用场景光伏组件在镀膜玻璃的选型上提供参考.

Abstract

Photovoltaic coated glass is an important front packaging material for photovoltaic modules.Its weather resistance is a key factor affecting the power generation efficiency and service life of the module during long-term use.The weather resistance evaluation methods,test items and requirements in the relevant standards of photovoltaic coated glass are summarized and sorted out.The results can provide a basis for the quality evaluation and verification of different types of photovoltaic coated glass,and also provide a reference for the selection of coated glass for photovoltaic modules in different application scenarios.
