沉淀法可以便捷有效降低化学强化盐浴中锂离子含量.在中毒盐浴中加入不同含量磷酸钠,分析盐浴中Li及P元素含量的变化,确定了磷酸钠合适的加入比例为n(硝酸锂)∶n(磷酸钠)=1.75∶1~1.5∶1.通过分析沉淀的元素组成,确定了不同磷酸钠加入比例下沉淀的化学分子式.
Precipitation method can conveniently and effectively reduce the lithium ion content in the chemical strengthening salt bath.Different contents of sodium phosphate were added to the poisoning salt bath.By analyzing the changes of Li add P element contents in the salt bath,the appropriate addition ratio of sodium phosphate was determined to be n(LiNO3)∶n(Na3PO4)=1.75∶1~1.5∶1.By analyzing the elemental composition of the precipitate,the chemical formula of the precipitate under different ratios of sodium phosphate addition was determined.
