化学强化翘曲是浮法超薄碱铝硅玻璃最严重的质量问题之一.研究表明:玻璃原片化学强化后上下两面强化层作用力不均衡是造成超薄碱铝硅玻璃化学强化翘曲的根本原因.从浮法生产装备设计优化、玻璃成分优化和减少强化玻璃"三明治"结构差异三个方面提出了玻璃化学强化翘曲的防治措施.
Analysis and Prevention of Ultra-thin Glass Chemical Strengthening Warpage
Chemically strengthening warpage is one of the most serious quality problems of float ultra-thin alkali-aluminum-silicon glass.It is analyzed that the root cause of the ultra-thin alkali-aluminum-silicon glass chemically strengthening warpage is caused by the unbalanced force of the upper and lower strengthening layers.At the same time,the prevention of glass chemically strengthening warpage are the better design of float production equipment,the optimization of glass composition and the reduction of the structural difference of sandwich chemically strengthening glass.
