不同类型金属离子会引起玻璃颜色和光学性能变化,通过实验制备掺杂各种过渡金属的玻璃样品,采用紫外光/可见光/近红外光分光光度计对玻璃样品太阳光谱进行检测、色度学标定、玻璃工艺技术分析,研究过渡金属离子在玻璃中的价态和构型以及对玻璃的着色,从而确定影响低铁钠钙硅玻璃颜色和光学性能的因素和类型,为精准控制和稳定生产提供依据.
Effect of Metal Ions on Color and Optical Properties of Glass
Different types of metal ions will cause changes in glass color and optical properties.Glass samples doped with various transition metals were prepared through experiments.Ultraviolet/visible/near-infrared spectrophotometer was used to detect the solar spectrum of the samples,calibrate the colorimetry and analyze the glass process technology,so as to study the valence state and configuration of transition metal ions in glass and their coloring on glass.The factors and types that affect the color and optical properties of low-ferric sodium calcium-silicon glass are determined to provide a basis for accurate control and stable production.
