摘要

通过在现有放散系统中加设冷凝器,并对相关管路进行改造,将锡槽保护气体通入熔窑助燃风系统中,从而实现保护气体中氢气及锡的回收利用,解决了锡槽放散气体中氢气及锡的浪费问题.该系统的优化及改进对浮法生产中的节能降耗及减少废气排放均有重要意义.

Abstract

By adding a condenser to the atmosphere venting system and modifying the relevant pipelines,the protective gas is introduced into the combustion air system of the melting furnace,thereby achieving the recovery and utilization of hydrogen and tin,and solving the waste problem of hydrogen and tin in the venting gas of the tin bath.The optimization and improvement of this system are of great significance for energy conservation,consumption reduction,and waste gas emission reduction in float glass production.
