光伏面板玻璃镀膜丝印生产工艺及性能研究

传统的光伏面板玻璃其绒面表面涂覆单层或双层减反射膜层,以提高面板玻璃的透光性能,实现太阳光线的高效利用.近年来随着光伏组件应用场景的不断丰富,组件表面外观一致性以及其它多样化需求开始呈现.通过对常规光伏面板玻璃镀膜和背板玻璃丝印涂釉的工艺技术进行简要说明,介绍了一种面板玻璃镀膜+丝印的工艺技术并分析其产品性能特点,为光伏玻璃产品的多样化发展提供新思路.
Research on the Production Process and Performance of Photovoltaic Panel Glass Coating and Screen Printing
Traditional photovoltaic panel glass is coated with a single or double layer of anti reflective film on its suede surface to improve the transparency of the panel glass and achieve efficient utilization of sunlight.In recent years,with the continuous enrichment of photovoltaic module application scenarios,the consistency of module surface appearance and other diverse needs have begun to emerge.This article briefly explains the process technology of conventional photovoltaic panel glass coating and backplate glass screen printing glaze,and mainly introduces a process technology of panel glass coating+screen printing and product performance characteristics.
