Tin bath is one of the key thermal equipment in the production of float glass,and its normal run has an important impact on the quality of glass and production efficiency.However,in the production of float glass,bubble often occurs from the the tin bath floor,which results in serious opening bubble defects on the bottom surface of the glass plate.By discussing the causes of the bottom bubble,the corresponding preventive measures are put forward.Some existing technical innovation methods are discussed also in order to avoid the bubble from the bottom of tin bath and improve the quality of float glass.
