热处理工艺对TC4合金腐蚀性能的影响

为了研究不同热处理工艺对TC4合金在5M盐酸溶液中的腐蚀行为.在TC4合金的基础上,分别用淬火法和空冷法制备了WQ-TC4和AC-TC4合金.通过观察3种试样的显微组织演变,探讨显微组织对耐蚀性的影响.结果表明:TC4和AC-TC4合金在α和β相界处均出现元素偏析,导致两相间形成微观原电池,使合金的耐蚀性下降,而WQ-TC4合金无明显的元素偏析.较小的元素偏析使WQ-TC4合金拥有最佳的耐蚀性,TC4次之,AC-TC4最差.
Effect of heat treatment on corrosion properties of TC4 alloy
In order to study the corrosion behavior of TC4 alloy in 5 M hydrochloric acid by different heat treatment processes.On the basis of TC4 alloy,WQ-TC4 and AC-TC4 alloys were prepared by quenching and air cooling respectively.By observing the microstructure evolution of three samples,the influence of microstructure on corrosion resistance was discussed.The results show that the element segregation of TC4 and AC-TC4 alloys occurs at the boundary of α and β phases,resulting in the formation of microscopic galvanic cells between the two phases,and the corrosion resistance of the alloys decreases,while the element segregation of WQ-TC4 alloys is not obvious.The smaller element segregation makes WQ-TC4 alloy have the best corrosion resistance,TC4 is second,AC-TC4 is the worst.
