在高载荷、高频率的接触疲劳下,材料表面的耐磨性、抗疲劳性、硬度等对机械零件的寿命和可靠性至关重要.为向多领域提供性能优异的镀层材料,利用金刚石的硬度和耐磨性,研究Ni/P金刚石复合镀层的抗接触疲劳性能.用粒径分别为2、4、8µm的金刚石及Ni/P基础镀液制备Ni/P金刚石复合溶液,将其喷涂在20钢试块上,制成3种镀层试件,通过接触疲劳试验机、摩擦磨损试验仪测试不同试件的性能.结果表明:金刚石粒径为8µm的试件抗接触疲劳效果较好,在接触疲劳试验中的特征寿命较长,其摩擦因数较小,耐摩擦性能较强,同时硬度、耐蚀性也较高.在高温下该组试件的氧化增质量较低,当温度为800℃时,其硬度仍大于97 GPa,因此得出,金刚石粒径为8µm的Ni/P金刚石复合镀层具有良好的抗接触疲劳性能.
Research on contact fatigue resistance of Ni/P diamond composite coatings
Under high load and high frequency contact fatigue,the wear resistance,fatigue resistance and hardness of the material surface are very important to improve the life and reliability of mechanical parts.In order to provide excellent coating materials for many fields,the contact fatigue resistance of Ni/P diamond composite coating was studied by using the hardness and wear resistance of diamond.Ni/P diamond composite solution was prepared with 2µm,4µm,8µm diamond and Ni/P base plating solution,which was sprayed on 20 steel test blocks to make three kinds of coating samples.The properties of different samples were tested by contact fatigue tester and friction and wear tester.The results show that the samples with diamond particle size of 8µm have better anti-contact fatigue effect,longer characteristic life in contact fatigue test,smaller friction coefficient,stronger friction resistance,and higher hardness and corrosion resistance.When the temperature is 800℃,the hardness is still greater than 97 GPa.Therefore,it is concluded that the Ni/P diamond composite coating with a diamond particle size of 8µm has good contact fatigue resistance.
