Study on mechanical properties of composite reinforced plate-steel plate connection structure
Building structures are faced with problems such as material aging and strength attenuation during long-term use, which not only threatens the structural safety of buildings, but also affects their service life and brings potential risks to people's life and property safety. In order to improve the safety and reliability of building structures and promote the application of new materials and technologies, the mechanical properties of the composite reinforced plate-steel plate connection structure for building were studied. The reinforced plate and steel plate were connected into 1 and 2 structural samples in two different ways, and then reinforced with bonding+bolts(structure 1-A,2-A)and welding+bolts(structure 1-B,2-B)respectively,and 4 samples were obtained. The tensile strength and shear strength were measured by universal testing machine, and the shear strength and bending strength were measured under different heat treatment conditions. The results show that the structure 2-B load-displacement curve is higher, the tensile strength is better, and the shear strength is relatively higher.Compared with structure 1-A and structure 2-A,structure 1-B and structure 2-B have better shear strength and bending strength at high temperature due to the reinforcement by welding+bolts, and structure 2-B has greater advantages and better mechanical properties.
