摘要

为改善MACC电解液的预调节过程和充放电性能,将N-甲基-N-丙基吡咯烷鎓双(氟磺酰)亚胺(PY13FSI)作为添加剂制备MgCl2-AlCl3-PY13FSI/THF(MACCP)可充镁电池电解液.研究MACCP电解液的电化学性能、组成和正极材料的兼容性.结果表明:MACCP电解液的预调节过程明显缩短;MACCP电解液中新增了AlCl2F2-和AlCl3F-离子;Mo6S8|MACCP|Mg电池在0.3 C下,循环240圈后放电比容量为54.2 mAh/g,放电性能显著增强.这主要源于PY13FSI电解产生的F-同Cl-产生竞争,生成新的有效离子,提高了Mg2+沉积/溶出速率;PY13FSI参与进电解液/电极界面反应,增强了界面的稳定性.MACCP电解液制备工艺简单,对促进可充镁电池的发展应用具有重要意义.

Abstract

MgCl2-AlCl3-PY13FSI/THF(MACCP)rechargeable magnesium battery electrolyte was prepared by N-methyl-N-propyl pyrrolidonium bis(fluoro sulfonyl)imide(PY13FSI)as additive to improve the pre-regulation process and charge-discharge performance of MACC electrolyte.The electrochemical performance of MACCP electrolyte,the composition of electrolyte and the compatibility of cathode materials were studied.The results show that the pre-regulation process of MACCP electrolyte is shortened obviously.AlCl2F2-and AlCl3F-ions are added in MACCP electrolyte.The discharge capacity of the Mo6S8|MACCP|Mg battery is 54.2 mAh/g after 240 cycles at 0.3 C,and the discharge performance is significantly enhanced.This is mainly due to the competition between F-and Cl-produced by electrolysis of PY13FSI and the formation of new effective ions,which improves the deposition/dissolution rate of Mg2+.PY13FSI participates in the reaction at the electrolyte/electrode interface,which enhances the stability of the interface.The preparation process of MACCP electrolyte is simple,which is of great significance for promoting the development and application of rechargeable magnesium batteries.
