摘要

氮氧化铝透明陶瓷因良好的光学性能、力学性能、介电性能和化学稳定性而备受关注.AlON透明陶瓷发展迅速,但还存在一些问题,严重阻碍其产业化.因此,本文介绍了两种最常用的AlON粉体制备方法,包括高温固相反应法、氧化铝还原氮化法.系统地总结了烧结工艺,包括无压烧结、热压烧结、热等静压烧结、微波烧结、放电等离子烧结法,对AlON原料粉体和陶瓷制备方法的优缺点进行了比较分析.此外,对AlON透明陶瓷光学性能与力学性能的影响因素进行了探讨.最后,对AlON透明陶瓷面临的问题和发展趋势进行了展望.

Abstract

Aluminum nitride oxide transparent ceramics have attracted much attention due to their excellent optical properties,mechanical properties,dielectric properties,and chemical stability.AlON transparent ceramics have developed rapidly,but there are still some problems that seriously hinder their industrialization.Therefore,this article introduces two of the most commonly used methods for preparing AlON powder,including high-temperature solid-state reaction method and aluminum oxide reduction nitridation method.A systematic summary of sintering processes is conducted,including pressureless sintering,hot pressing sintering,hot isostatic pressing sintering,microwave sintering,and discharge plasma sintering.The advantages and disadvantages of AlON raw material powder and ceramic preparation methods are compared and analyzed.In addition,the influencing factors on the optical and mechanical properties of AlON transparent ceramics are explored.Finally,the problems and development trends faced by AlON transparent ceramics are discussed.
