摘要
目的：了解老年恶性肿瘤患者的细胞免疫功能状况，为肿瘤的治疗及预防提供参考。方法：用流式细胞仪分别对肺癌、消化道肿瘤、乳腺癌患者及健康对照组外周血总 T 细胞、Th、Ts、Th/ Ts 细胞进行检测，用 SPSS 17.0软件对各组细胞的 Th 数值及 Th/ Ts 比值进行统计学分析。结果：Th 细胞数及 Th/ Ts 比值在肺癌、消化道肿瘤以及乳腺癌患者均明显低于正常对照组（ P <0.05）。结论：老年恶性肿瘤患者的细胞免疫功能处于抑制状态。
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the status of cellular immune function in elderly patients with malignant tumors so as to provide a reference for tumor therapy. Methods:Flow cytometry was used to detect peripheral blood T(TT),Th,Ts and Th/ Ts cells,respectively,in patients with lung cancer,gastrointestinal cancer and breast cancer and healthy controls,with Th count and the ratio of Th/ Ts in each group analyzed by SPSS 17. 0. Results:The count of Th cells and the ratio of Th/ Ts in patients with lung cancer,gastrointestinal cancer and breast cancer were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Cellular immune function in elderly patients with malignant tumors is in the state of suppression.
