Correlation analysis of BUB1B with occurrence,immune infiltration and prognosis of pancreatic adenocarcinoma
Objective:To study the expression level,prognosis and correlation with immune cell infiltration of BUB1B in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD )by online database and bioinformatics. Methods:The expression of BUB1B in various cancers was analyzed by GEPIA database.The correla-tion between the expression of BUB1B and the prognosis of PAAD patients was searched by GEPIA and Kaplan-Meier Plotter database.Then,the protein interaction network of BUB1B co-expressed genes was constructed by using String database,and its GO biological function and KEGG signaling pathway were analyzed by using David database.Finally,the TIMER database was used to analyze the correla-tion between the expression of BUB1B gene and immune cell infiltrating cells.Results:The expression level of BUB1B in PADD tissues was higher than that in normal tissues (P<0.01).The high tran-scription level of BUB1B was closely related to gender,age,race,obesity,drinking habits,chronic pancreatitis,lymph node metastasis and cancer stage (P<0.05 ).The expression level of BUB1B mRNA was associated with prognosis and immune cell infiltration (P<0.05).Conclusion:BUB1B is highly expressed in PADD,which is related to prognosis and immune infiltration,and can be used as a potential marker for diagnosis,prognosis and drug treatment of pancreatic cancer.
