Effect of combined intervention on the treatment of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis
Objective:To explore the effect of combined intervention on the treatment of patients with multi-drug resistant tuberculosis. Methods:A total of 200 MDR-TB patients were randomly divided into routine group and intervention group, with 100 patients in each group. The routine group received general health education and routine nursing. In the intervention group, the modified MoriskY medication compliance scale was used for questionnaire assessment and multinomial interventions such as group activities, moxibustion intervention, nutrition intervention and centralized management were implemented. Results:The total average score of medication compliance in the intervention group was 8.80 ±1.41 scores, which was higher than 8.21 ±1.63 score in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The index values of five classification webs in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group (P<0.05 ).The conversion rate of sputum culture in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group (P<0.05).The CT cavity closure rate in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group (P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Combined intervention can effectively improve pa-tients'medication compliance and treatment effect, and promote patients'recovery.
