目的:检测急性脑梗死(ACI)中环状RNA-BBS9 的表达水平,探讨其作为ACI早期诊断潜在生物标志物的可能性.方法:随机选取2021 年 1 月至 12 月收治的34 例ACI患者作为病例组,41 例非ACI患者作为对照组,收集一般资料并采血行生信分析,筛选出差异性最大的Circ RNA作为目的基因,分析两组一般资料和目的基因表达水平与ACI 发生的相关性;运用ROC曲线分析目的基因诊断ACI的价值.结果:病例组的男性占比、年龄、高血压病史率、冠心病病史率、吸烟史占比、饮酒史占比、血压水平均高于对照组(P<0.05).差异性最大的 Circ RNA为Circ-BBS9.病例组的Circ-BBS9 表达水平低于对照组(P<0.05).性别、年龄、高血压患病史、冠心病患病史、吸烟史、饮酒史、血压水平以及Circ-BBS9 表达均是ACI发生的相关影响因素(P<0.05),其中Circ-BBS9 表达水平与ACI 发生呈负相关(P<0.05),其他因素与ACI发生呈正相关(P<0.05).Circ-BBS9 具有诊断ACI的价值.结论:Circ-BBS9 是急性脑梗死发病的保护因素,Circ-BBS9 的表达水平是影响ACI 发生的独立因素,外周血检测Circ-BBS9 具有预测ACI发病的潜在价值.
Expression level and clinical significance of Circ-BBS9 in peripheral blood of patients with acute cerebral infarction
Objective:To detect the expression level of circular RNA-BBS9 in acute cerebral in-farction(ACI),and to explore its possibility as a potential biomarker for early diagnosis of ACI.Methods:A total of 34 patients with ACI admitted from January to December 2021 were randomly se-lected as the case group,and 41 patients without ACI were selected as the control group.The general data and blood samples were collected for bioinformatics analysis.Circ RNA with the greatest differ-ence was selected as the target gene,and the correlation between the general data,the expression level of the target gene and the occurrence of ACI in the two groups was analyzed.ROC curve was used to analyze the value of target gene in the diagnosis of ACI.Results:The proportion of male,age,history of hypertension,history of coronary heart disease,history of smoking,history of drinking and blood pressure in the case group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The CircRNA with the greatest difference was Circ-BBS9.The expression level of Circ-BBS9 in the case group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Sex,age,history of hypertension,history of coronary heart disease,history of smoking,history of drinking,blood pressure and Circ-BBS9 expression were all related to the occurrence of ACI(P<0.05).The expression of Circ-BBS9 was negatively correla-ted with the occurrence of ACI,while other factors were positively correlated with the occurrence of ACI(P<0.05).Circ-BBS9 had the value of diagnosing ACI.Conclusion:Circ-BBS9 is a pro-tective factor of acute cerebral infarction,and the expression level of Circ-BBS9 is an independent factor affecting the occurrence of ACI.Detection of Circ-BBS9 in peripheral blood has potential value in predicting the pathogenesis of ACI.
