Prevalence and influencing factors of gynecological inflammation among women in Anhui province
Objective:To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of gynecological inflammation in women of Anhui province,and provide evidence for the prevention of gynecological inflammatory diseases.Methods:A multi-stage stratified random sampling method was adopted in 19 counties(districts)of 9 cities in Anhui province to select women≥35 years old for questionnaire survey.Data were sorted out by excel table,statistical analysis was made by SPSS 26.0,univariate and multi-factor analysis were carried out on the variables related to women's personal habits and life behaviors.Results:A total of 13 158 subjects were investigated,with an average age of 57.14±10.33 years old.There were2 844 cases of gynecological inflammation,617 cases(21.7%)of cervicitis,206 cases(7.2%)of vaginitis,258 cases(9.1%)of pelvic inflammation,1139 cases(40.5%)of endometritis,and 21.5%of other gyne-cological inflammations.After screening with univariate analysis,the results of multivariate analysis showed that long-term oral contraceptives,frequent use of traditional Chinese medicine,unhealthy dietary habits,and negative emotions have a significant impact on the occurrence of gynecological inflammation symptoms(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personal habits and lifestyle have an impact on gynecological inflammation.Measures should be taken to avoid or slow down the occurrence of gynecological inflammation to protect female health.
