目的:探究CCN1蛋白在食管癌中对增殖诱导配体(APRIL)和B细胞刺激因子(BAFF)所起到的作用.方法:用质粒转染技术在细胞株KYSE15 0及O E-19中过表达CCN1,Western blot验证其转染效果,同时检测APRIL和BAFF的表达情况.结果:在KYSE150细胞中过表达CCN1后,APRIL/BAFF高表达(P＜0.05);在OE19细胞中过表达CCN1后,APRIL/BAFF低表达(P＜0.05).结论:CCN1在食管鳞癌细胞KYSE150中对APRIL/BAFF为激活作用,在食管腺癌细胞OE19中对APRIL/BAFF为抑制作用.
Effect of CCN1 on APRIL/BAFF expression in esophageal cancer cells
Objective:To investigate the role of CCN1 protein in a proliferation-inducing ligand(APRIL)and B-cell activating factor(BAFF)in esophageal cancer.Methods:CCN1 was overex-pressed in KYSE150 and OE-19 cell lines by plasmid transfection technique.The transfection effect was verified by Western blot,and the expression of APRIL and BAFF was detected.Results:APRIL/BAFF was highly expressed after overexpression of CCN1 in KYSE150 cells(P＜0.05),and APRIL/BAFF was lowly expressed after overexpression of CCN1 in OE19 cells(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion:CCN1 activates APRIL/BAFF in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cell line KYSE150 and in-hibits APRIL/BAFF in esophageal adenocarcinoma cell line OE19.
