Study on the correlation between 14-3-3β and miR-152 and hepatocellular carcinoma
Objective:To study the expression levels of 14-3-3β and miRNA-152 in primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),and to clarify their relationship with clinicopathological features and the relationship between 14-3-3β and miRNA-152.Methods:Forty patients of HCC tissues and adjacent tissues admitted to Baotou Cancer Hospital from 2019 to 2023 were selected. The expression levels of 14-3-3β mRNA and miRNA-152 were detected by RT-qPCR.The expression of 14-3-3β protein was detected by immunohistochemical PS method and Western blot, and the differences in expression levels were analyzed. Results:The expression of 14-3-3β in HCC tissues was higher than that in adjacent normal tissues, and the expression of miRNA-152 in HCC tissues was lower than that in adjacent normal tissues, meanwhile, the expression of 14-3-3β was relatively low when the expression of miRNA-152 was relatively high(P<0.05).Moreover,the expression of 14-3-3βand miRNA-152 was negatively correlated in HCC(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of 14-3-3β protein is up-regulated in HCC tissues, and the expression of miRNA-152 is down-regula-ted in HCC tissues. In HCC,miRNA-152 can reduce the expression of 14-3-3β through negative regulation mechanism.
