Design of a Nonleaky Gear Pump
This article introduces the design process of gear pumps from deflexion coefficient and pressure angle,and focuses on the selection method of gear parameters based on displacement and center distance design. To achieve zero leakage,mag-netic couplings were used instead of mechanical seals to make a more compact structure and better sealing performance. The overall structure of the gear pump is compact and can meet practical needs.
