通过对精馏塔串级控制系统的分析,设计精馏塔提馏段温度自动控制系统.在该控制系统中,首先选择了控变量、操纵变量、执行器、控制器、过程检测和控制设备等.其次,设计了精馏塔提馏段温度串级控制系统框图.并在MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台上,进行了仿真和设计,验证了本文所提控制策略的正确性.
Design of Automatic Temperature Control System in Distillation Section
ased on the analysis of the cascade control system of distillation column,the automatic temperature control system of distillation section is designed in the paper. In the control system,control variables,manipulated variables,actuators,con-trollers,process detection and control equipment are selected,and the block diagram of the temperature cascade control sys-tem in the distillation section is designed. On the MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform,the simulation and design are car-ried out to verify the correctness of the control strategy proposed in this paper.
