With the deepening of postgraduate education reform,the cultivation of full-time professional master in universi-ties in western China is paid more and more attention. Taking the cultivation of professional master in different disciplines in Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology as the research object,the paper explores the new training mode which ensures the training quality from the quality of training system, identification of the training plan, training target system, training measures and quality assurance system of scientific research and innovation ability based on OBE and experience of training professional talents in other universities.
