Baotou Medical College aims at the"five major tasks",and it is the fundamental direction of the development of pharmacy specialty under the vision of"new medicine"to explore a new mode of graduation internship system reform for pharmacy graduates in chemistry-related disciplines. In view of the employment situation in the past five years,? the re-form of graduation practice quality monitoring and information feedback system was constructed and implemented from the aspects of management mode,information feedback method and graduation practice quality evaluation,and the implementa-tion effect is analyzed and discussed here. The establishment of the new internship system not only improves the management efficiency of graduation internship, but also helps to improve the employment and enrollment rate of pharmaceutical students,which opens up a new way for pharmaceutical students to transition to chemistry-related majors in the future.
