Research on Practice Teaching Status and Countermeasures of Nursing in Vocational Colleges under the Background of Medical and Educational Collaboration
It is very important to enhance the education and management of Nursing students in vocational colleges during their practice,which can improve students' operational skills and provide important talent reserve for realizing the purpose of"Healthy China". Based on a comprehensive survey of the practice of Nursing students in Baotou Vocational & Technical College,this study found the problems and challenges in clinical practice,aiming to provide certain ideas and guidance for the development of nursing practice in vocational colleges,and lay a solid foundation for training more excellent nursing talents.
