Based on the"Double Carbon",the paper puts forward the idea of"seven one"to meet the large number of talent vacancies in photovoltaic new energy enterprises. Combining with the transformation and upgrading of electrical majors in Baotou Vocational & Technical College,the integration of students,teachers and enterprises is realized to open up a new path of school-enterprise cooperation,which improves students' professional skills and humanistic quality.
