基于NX和VERICUT一体化数控加工仿真研究与实践

本文以NX和VERICUT为平台,以旋钮凸模零件为实例,通过建立集仿真、优化、加工、检验于一体的数控加工链,解决零件实际加工过程中出现的碰撞、干涉、参数设置不合理等问题,从而获得高质量、高效率的数控NC程序,验证了NC程序的可行性和正确性,最后,在VMC 1000Ⅱ立式加工中心机床上实际加工零件,优化后程序缩短了加工时间23min,提高了生产效率22.11%,同时利用三坐标测量仪检测零件的精度,表面粗糙度为0.025μm,尺寸最大误差为0.084mm,最小误差为0.027mm,均符合图样设计要求.研究结果表明:将NX和VERICUT两软件相结合,实现了数控加工的动态仿真和加工过程检验的一体化全过程,保证了零件数控NC程序的正确性,缩短了生产周期,提高了加工效率.
Research and Practice of Integrated CNC Machining Simulation Based on NX and VERICUT
Based on NX and VERICUT,this article takes the knob bump mold part as an example,solve the problems such as collision,interference and unreasonable parameter setting in the actual processing of the parts by establishing CNC machi-ning chain including simulation,optimization,machining and testing,and obtain a NC program with high quality and high ef-ficiency. The feasibility and correctness of the NC program were verified. Finally,the parts are actually processed on the VMC 1000Ⅱ vertical machining center machine tool. The processing time was shortened by 23min and the production effi-ciency was improved by 22. 11% after optimization. At the same time,the accuracy of parts is detected by CMM,surface roughness is 0. 025μm,the maximum size error is 0. 084mm,the minimum error is 0. 027mm,which all meet the drawing design requirements. The research results show that the integration of NX and VERICUT software can realize the whole process of dynamic simulation and inspection of CNC machining,ensure the correctness of NC program,shorten the produc-tion cycle and improve the machining efficiency.
