摘要

如今公民日益增长的金融需求与银行服务供给不平衡的矛盾日益突出,使排队问题成为影响银行发展的关键性因素之一.结合自身银行网点工作经验,以商业银行作为具体研究对象,针对该银行营业网点的排队现象进行了细致的分析,阐述该银行营业网点客户排队问题的现状,总结客户排队的主要原因,为解决商业银行网点排队系统优化和排队系统管理提供一些帮助和启示.

Abstract

Nowadays,the contradiction between the growing financial demand of citizens and the unbalanced supply of bank-ing services is increasingly prominent,which makes the queuing problem become one of the key factors affecting the limited development of banks. Combined with some work experience of my own bank branch and taken commercial bank as the spe-cific research object,the article analyzes the queuing phenomenon of the bank in detail,expounds the present situation of the customers queuing problem at the bank,concludes the main reasons for customer queuing,and finally provides some help and inspiration to solve the queuing system optimization and queuing system management.
