摘要
小白河国家湿地公园项目的建设对包头市的旅游业发展有重要作用.文章识别出包括4个一级风险因素和19个二级风险因素的风险清单,计算出该项目整体风险的等级可算是中风险.针对政府风险、企业风险、市场风险和自然风险分别提出相对应的风险应对策略.文章的研究结果对于如何推进小白河国家湿地公园的建设具有一定的参考价值.
Abstract
The construction of Xiaobaihe National Wetland Park project plays an important role in the development of tourism in Baotou. The article identified a risk list consisting of 4 primary risk factors and 19 secondary risk factors,and cal-culated the overall risk level of the project as a medium risk. The article proposes corresponding risk response strategies for government risk,enterprise risk,market risk,and natural risk. The research results of the article have certain reference value for promoting the construction of Xiaobaihe National Wetland Park.
