Exploration of the Construction Model of"Double-qualified"Teaching Staff in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Deep Integration of Industry and Education
The faculty is the primary resource for the development of vocational education and the key force to support the national vocational education reform in the new era,which is the important guarantee to realize the vocational education. Based on the national series of vocational education policy documents and the status quo of the faculty construction,this pa-per analyzes the connotation of the deep integration of industry and education and the construction of"double-qualified"faculty,clarifies the main problems existing in the construction of the"double-qualified"teaching staff in colleges,deep-ens the integration of industry and education by perfecting the standard system,improving the training system,exploring the measures of evaluation and incentive mechanism,builds three-level training system and five-dimensional growth model,and finally form a model of"double-qualified"teacher team serving for regional economic development needs.
