Research on the Operation Norms and Management of Off-campus Sports Training Institutions in Inner Mongolia
nder the background of the national"double reduction"policy,non disciplinary extracurricular training,especial-ly sports extracurricular training,has ushered in new development opportunities and challenges. In Inner Mongolia,sports ex-tracurricular training has been carried out in full swing,but there are also many problems such as less standardized and sound operations,incomplete and specific supervision by higher administrative authorities,and the eager expectations of students and their parents for high-quality extracurricular sports training services. This article analyzes and studies the op-erational norms and management of extracurricular sports training institutions in Inner Mongolia through methods such as lit-erature review,expert interviews,and logical analysis. Research has found that the current operation status and main prob-lems of extracurricular sports training institutions in Inner Mongolia are:a shortage of professional teachers;the unsound cur-riculum system;the restricted training venue facilities and the non-standardized operation. The main countermeasures for the operation and management of sports extracurricular training institutions in Inner Mongolia are to establish and improve relevant laws and regulations to follow,strengthen fund and service supervision,upgrade the regulatory system,promote mul-tiple collaboration and promote industry self-discipline and autonomy.
