摘要
文章针对国家经济"三期叠加"和产业转型升级背景下的高职院校毕业生就业问题,材料成型专业群围绕学生技术技能成长过程中不同时期的不同需求,探索形成了"五融入五阶段"就业育人体系,提高了毕业生的就业和择业能力.
Abstract
Aiming at the employment problem of vocational college graduates under the background of national economic"three-phase superposition",the article explores the employment education system of"five integration and five stages"based on the different needs of the material molding specialty groups in different periods during the skill growth process,which has improved graduates' ability to find and choose jobs.
