高职院校会计专业学生顶岗实习的困境与对策分析——基于某高职院校的实证调查

摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校培养学生实践能力的重要环节,由于会计岗位的特殊性,多以分散自主实习为主,因此学生在实习过程中难免存在一些困惑.本文以某高职院校的会计专业学生为例,分别从实习组织、实习管理、实习评价、实习满意度等方面进行分析,发现存在的困境并提出解决措施.
Abstract
Internship is an important part of cultivating students' practical abilities in vocational colleges. Due to the special nature of the accounting position,it is mainly focused on dispersed and autonomous internships,so students are inevitably confused during the internship process. This article takes accounting students from a certain vocational college as an example to analyze the difficulties in internship organization,management,evaluation,and satisfaction,and proposes solutions.
