The cultivation of Japanese talents in the context of new liberal arts has both difficulties and challenges. In this situation,the major of Japanese in Changsha University has made some explorations. Firstly,adapt to the new situation and adjust the training objectives timely based on the social and corporate research. The second is to reform the curriculum sys-tem,offer humanities literacy courses and interdisciplinary courses,and promote disciplinary integration.
