Research on the Current Situation and Development Strategies of Teaching Ability of Young Teachers in Universities under the Background of Ideological and Political Education in Curriculum
In the new era,young teachers are an important force in the teaching staff of applied universities,which is related to the future development of universities,as well as the future of student training and the future of China' s education indus-try. The development strategy for enhancing the teaching ability of young teachers in applied universities is based on the concept of lifelong learning. Through the two core organizational links of pre-training and post-training,a development path for the professional practical ability of young teachers in applied universities is formed. Under the interaction with the teacher education environment,a hierarchical and macro orderly mechanism for enhancing the professional practical ability of young teachers in applied universities is achieved. Based on the research on the teaching ability of young teachers in uni-versities both domestically and internationally,the article analyzes the current situation and development strategies of teach-ing ability of young teachers in universities under the background of ideological and political education in curriculum,aiming to inspire ideas for cultivating young teachers in universities,improve their teaching level,and promote the overall develop-ment of education in universities.
