高职院校"大思政课"建设策略研究

摘要
"大思政课"建设是一个实践问题,但当前学界有关探讨"大思政课"建设策略的实践成果却相对较少.经过探索,高职院校可按照"1+2"的策略推进"大思政课"建设,即构建以"习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想概论"课为核心的"大思政课"课程群,以及建强以一名思政课教师作为"理论导师"和一名辅导员班主任作为"实践导师"的教师团队.推进"大思政课"建设,还要求我们转变思想观念、强化牵头统筹、加强协同配合,高度重视并认真执行好集体备课制度.
Abstract
The construction of ideological and political courses is a practical problem,but there are relatively few practical a-chievements in discussing the construction strategies of ideological and political courses at present. Vocational colleges can promote the construction according to"1+2"strategies,namely,constructing the ideological and political course group with Introduction to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for the New Era as the core,and building a strong team of teachers with an ideological and political teacher as the theory course teacher and a counselor teacher as the practical teacher. Meanwhile,promoting the construction of ideological and political courses requires us to change ideas,strengthen the overall consideration,enhance the coordination,attach great importance to and conscientiously implement the system of collective lesson preparation.
