地方高校学报编务人员作为学报编辑队伍的重要组成部分,其素养高低是决定和影响学报高质量发展的关键因素.新时代出版业呈深度融合发展趋势,高校学报编务人员应顺应时代和技术发展潮流,培养政治素养、数字出版素养、审美素养、保密素养、服务素养、统筹运维素养等六种基本素养,为做好编务工作,规范高校学报运行流程,塑造学术期刊影响力,实现其高质量发展作出贡献.
Abstract
As an important part of the editorial team of the journals,the quality of the editors of local universities is the key factor that determines and influences the high-quality development of the journals. Publishing industry in the new era is a trend of depth fusion,and the journal editorial personnel should conform to the trend of the times and technology develop-ment,cultivate political literacy,digital literacy,aesthetic literacy,confidentiality literacy,service quality,operational literacy as a whole six basic quality,in order to standardize the operation process of university journals,shape the influence of aca-demic journals,and realize their high-quality development.
