高职院校柔性引进高层次、高技能人才探析

摘要
高职院校面对"双高""升本"等任务的机遇和挑战,柔性引进就成为改善和加强高层次、高技能人才队伍建设的重要手段,高职院校人力资源管理的柔性化是知识经济时代的必然趋势.本文分析当前高职院校传统人力资源管理模式面临的挑战,阐述了柔性引进高层次、高技能人才的必然性以及柔性引进模式的构建思路.
Abstract
Faced with the opportunities and challenges of"double high"and"promotion to undergraduate college",flexible introduction has become an important means to improve and strengthen the construction of high-level and high-skill tal-ents.The flexibility of human resource management in vocational colleges is an inevitable trend in the era of knowledge e-conomy.This paper analyzes the challenges faced by vocational colleges in the traditional human resource management mode,and expounds the necessity of flexible introduction of high-level and high-skill talents and the construction of flexi-ble introduction mode.
