摘要
在"双碳"背景下,文章基于包头市光伏新能源产业发展趋势,以包头职业技术学院电气工程系为例,在市场需求分析和校企合作基础上,构建了融合招生、培养和就业为一体的人才培养体系.并从学校和系部两个层面进行了实施,以保证人才培养工作的有效进行.
Abstract
Under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,this paper takes the Electrical Engineering De-partment of Baotou Vocational and Technical College as an example to analyze the market demand and school-enterprise cooperation based on the development trend of photovoltaic new energy industry in Baotou,builds a talent training system in-tegrating enrollment,training and employment,and implements it from school and department to ensure the effective progress of talent training.
