文章通过分析地方政府投资项目库管理系统构建中存在的问题,提出构建政府投资项目库系统的思路,通过项目申报模块、项目评审模块、预算管理模块、绩效评价模块的结合,提高政府投资项目库管理水平,以期推动政府投资项目高质量发展.
Abstract
This article analyzes the problems in the construction of a local government investment project database manage-ment system and proposes the ideas of building a government investment project database system.By combining the project application module,project evaluation module,budget management module,and performance evaluation module,the level of government investment project database management is improved and the high-quality development of government invest-ment projects is promoted.
