Innovative Path of Talent Training Model Adapting to the Needs of New Quality Productivity
Vocational education shoulders the important mission of cultivating diversified and innovative technical and skilled talents,and must actively adapt to the development needs of new quality productive forces and accelerate the innova-tion of talent training models.On the basis of analyzing the innovative significance of talent training models in vocational col-leges,this article systematically elaborates on the ideas and measures of talent training model innovation in vocational colle-ges from the aspects of collaborative education of the integration of industry and education,innovative teaching content de-sign,reform of teaching organization form,and improvement of talent training evaluation,in order to provide useful reference for accelerating high-quality development and comprehensively enhancing talent training capabilities in vocational colleges in the new era.
