积极心理学视域下中职生学习力提升策略研究

摘要
文章对来自厦门市4 所中职学校的459 名学生的学习力发展与培养现状进行问卷调查,初步探讨学习力和积极心理品质之间的关系.而后,结合积极心理干预手段,总结提炼出学习力培养路径,以期为中职生学习力构成要素与提升策略提供实证资料支撑,丰富学习力的相关理论,帮助教师在实践教学中提高教学质量,发展新的课堂教学模式,助力职教高考.
Abstract
In this study,459 students from 4 secondary vocational schools in Xiamen were investigated by questionnaire to explore the relationship between learning ability and positive psychology.Combined with positive psychological intervention means,the paper summarizes the cultivation path of learning ability,in order to provide empirical data support for secondary vocational students'learning ability components and improvement strategies,enrich relevant theories of learning ability,help teachers improve teaching quality in practical teaching,develop new classroom teaching models,and help students improve the performance of vocational education college entrance examination.
