摘要
高职高专院校技能人才高阶素养培养路径的研究是对高职高专院校人才培养质量提升方法的有益尝试,对高职高专院校技能人才培养体系的完善发展具有重要意义.通过将世界技能大赛从命题、标准、规则等三个维度和课程、教师、学生、学校、企业等五个元素有机耦合,创新人才培养理念,提升素养层次内涵,研究技能人才高阶思维、创新能力与价值品格有效培养的方式方法,在加强人才技术精细水平培养的同时,显著提升人才高阶素养水平.
Abstract
The research on the training path of high-level literacy of skilled talents in vocational colleges is not only a use-ful attempt to improve the quality of talent training,but also has great significance for the improvement and development of the training system of skilled talents in vocational colleges.By organically integrating the three dimensions of the World Skills Competition,such as propositions,standards,and rules,with the five elements of curriculum,teachers,students,schools,and enterprises,it can achieve the concept of innovative talent training,improve the connotation of literacy level,study the ways and methods of effective cultivation of high-level thinking,innovation ability and value character of skilled talents,and at the same time,significantly improve the high-level literacy level of talents while strengthening the cultivation of talent technology.
