Research on the Reform of Talent Training Mode for Logistics Major in Vocational Colleges Under the Background of Digital Economy
Digital Economy promotes the high quality development of digital logistics.Digital China and the construction of logistics power have put forward new requirements for high-quality and high-skilled logistics talents.In order to train lo-gistics talents in line with the background of digital economy,the paper puts forward the mode of"double subjects,three fu-sions and four progressions"in vocational logistics talents training,which forms an accurate,batch and effective training sys-tem of"double subjects"of vocational colleges and leading enterprise,"three fusions"of production and education,special-ized innovation,and post,course,competition and certificate,and"four progressions"of basic cognitive ability,post special ability,workplace comprehensive ability,innovation and entrepreneurship ability.In view of the current difficulties in the training of logistics professionals in vocational colleges,effective measures are taken to improve the scientific and targeted training of logistics professionals in vocational colleges under the background of digital economy.
