摘要
随着制造业的快速发展,单件小批量生产模式越来越受到关注.在这种生产模式下,利用数字化工艺技术可以提高产品质量、降低生产成本、提高生产效率.文章以UG三维软件为基础,研究了数字化工艺在单件小批量生产中的应用.通过UG软件表达工序内容、数控刀具、数控程序、切削参数以及三维标注,实现了可视化工艺表达.同时,利用UG的加工仿真功能验证了工艺过程、刀具和程序的可操作性和可视化性.
Abstract
With the rapid development of manufacturing industry,the single-piece small-batch production mode is in-creasingly being paid attention to.In this production mode,the use of digital process technology can improve product quali-ty,reduce production costs,and improve production efficiency.This paper studies the application of digital process in single-piece small-batch production based on UG 3D software.By expressing the process content,CNC tools,CNC programs,cutting parameters,and 3D annotations in UG software,it achieves visual process expression.At the same time,it verifies the operability and visualization of the process,tools,and programs with the machining simulation function of UG.
