Influence of Solid Solution Temperature on the Microstructure Property of 7055 Aluminum Alloy
In this paper,aiming at the low comprehensive properties of 7000 series aluminum alloy,7055 aluminum alloy was used as an experimental alloy.The effects of solid solution temperature on the microstructure property of 7055 aluminum al-loy were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and electron back scattering diffraction(EBSD).The results show that the optimal solid solution temperature of 7055 alloy is 470℃and the recrystallization volume fraction is 53.6%under the premise of the optimal holding time of 2h.
