含铁尘泥中镧、铈、镨、钕、钐测定方法的研究

本实验采用王水—氢氟酸—硫酸体系低温溶解含铁尘泥试样,稀王水溶解盐类;建立应用电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)测定含铁尘泥中生镧、铈、镨、钕、钐的分析方法.采用动能歧视(KED)模式对直接稀释后的目标元素进行测定,干扰离子与 He 碰撞裂解有效降低了多原子离子干扰.通过选择合适的同位素139La、140Ce、141Pr、146Nd、147Sm,利用在线加入 103Rh内标抑制分析信号的动态漂移,方法的检出限为 0.25~0.65μg/L,标准物质及样品的精密度均在 0.9%~2.4%,加标回收率均在96%~104%.可以推广应用于含铁尘泥中镧、铈、镨、钕、钐测定.
Study on the Determination of La,Ce,Pr,Nd and Sm in Iron-bearing Dust
In this experiment,the samples of iron-bearing dust were dissolved in a system of aqua regia,hydrofluoric acid,and sulfuric acid at low temperature,and extracted with aqua regia.An analytical method for the determination of La,Ce,Pr,Nd and Sm in iron-bearing dust by ICP-MS was established.The kinetic energy discrimination(KED)mode was used to determine the target elements after direct dilution,and the interference ion collision with He effectively reduced the interfer-ence of multiatomic ions.By selecting appropriate isotopes 139La,140Ce,141Pr,146Nd and 147Sm,and adding 103Rh in-ternal standard online to inhibit the dynamic drift of the analytical signal,the detection limit of the method was 0.25μg/L~0.65μg/L,the precision of the reference material and the sample were 0.9~2.4%,and the recovery rate of the standard was96%~104%.It can be widely used in the determination of La,Ce,Pr,Nd and Sm in iron-bearing dust.
