国家能源集团铁路是西煤东运的主要通道,具有运输能力集中、需求高的特点.随着铁路货车重载运输需求的不断增加,稳定可靠的制动系统成为列车安全运行的关键.因此,提高铁路货车制动装置的检修质量对于保障运输安全至关重要.120 型制动阀是铁路货车制动系统中的关键部件,其检修质量直接影响列车的制动性能,在确保列车安全运行中起着重要作用.120 型制动阀检修的重点和难点主要在于控制阀的故障判断与处理.文章将结合实际检修情况,详细介绍 120型制动阀在日常检修中的故障判断与处理方法,以提高其检修质量和效率.
Abstract
National Energy Group Railway is the main channel for west-east coal transportation,which is characterized by concentrated transportation capacity and high demand.With the increasing demand for heavy-duty transportation of railroad wagons,a stable and reliable braking system becomes the key to the safe operation of trains.Therefore,improving the over-haul quality of railroad wagon braking device is crucial to ensure transportation safety.120 brake valve is a key component in the railroad wagon braking system,its overhaul quality directly affects the braking performance of the train,and plays an important role in ensuring the safe operation of the train.120 brake valve overhaul focuses on the key points and difficulties mainly lies in the faults of the control valve to determine and deal with.This paper will combine the actual maintenance situ-ation,and introduce 120 type brake valve in the daily maintenance of fault diagnosis and treatment methods,in order to im-prove its maintenance quality and efficiency.
