ICP-OES法测定钨铁中锰含量

文章研究了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)法测定钨铁中锰含量的可行性.针对元素谱线、称样量、试样消解和谱线干扰影响因素进行了条件试验.从实验结果得出,选取257.611nm锰元素谱线,钨基体和高纯铁打底配制系列工作曲线,ICP分析钨铁标准物质,分析结果与标准值之差在允差内,11 组数据的相对标准偏差RSD≤1.50%.
Determination of Manganese Content in Ferrotungsten by ICP-OES
The feasibility of using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)to determine man-ganese content in ferrotungsten was studied.Conditional experiments were conducted on the factors affecting elemental spec-tral lines,sample size,sample digestion,and spectral line interference.From the experimental results,it can be concluded that a series of working curves were prepared by selecting 257.611nm manganese element spectral lines,tungsten matrix,and high-purity iron as the base.ICP analysis of ferrotungsten standard substances was conducted,and the difference be-tween the analysis results and the standard values was within the allowable range.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of the 11 sets of data was less than 1.50%.
